Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Engineer / Sales Executive to work with clients on sheet metal fabrication, engineering services, automation systems, and industrial MRO supplies. You will translate client needs into tailored solutions and coordinate with engineering and production teams to ensure feasibility and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in fabrication, engineering, automation, or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across fabrication, engineering, automation, and MRO segments.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide timely support.
• Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and follow-ups for project inquiries.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure feasibility, costing accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct site visits, attend client meetings, and understand project specifications and requirements.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and provide regular progress reports to management.
• For Senior Position: Manage key accounts, guide junior team members, and support the development of long-term sales strategies.
