Job summary

ICT cooling product and solution provider is seeking a capable technical lead to guide customers through pre-sales, project delivery, and after-sales activities. You will work closely with the sales team to maintain strong relationships and deliver technical solutions.

The role involves preparing tender documents, responding to customer requirements for liquid cooling systems, BOMs, and training, plus developing sales enablement tools and conducting training for sales staff and distributors

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in HVAC, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in HVAC or power distribution.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead for customers during pre-sales, project delivery, and after-sales stages and work with the sales team to maintain strong customer relationships.
• Provide technical solution support, including business consultation, solution planning, and product demonstrations.
• Prepare technical tender documents and follow up on project implementation and on-site execution.
• Respond to customer requirements, including preparation of liquid cooling system solutions, equipment selection, BOM preparation, product promotion, and training.
• Develop sales enablement tools and training materials, including industry solutions, presentation materials, and product demonstrations.
• Conduct product, solution, and promotional training for sales personnel and distributors, and support planning and execution of product promotion activities.
• Manage market requirements and conduct competitor analysis.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Department Director or management.

Requirements

• 1. Bachelor’s Degree or above in HVAC, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in HVAC or power distribution.
• 2. Familiar with laws, regulations, and technical standards related to data centres in Southeast Asian countries.
• 3. Strong ability to understand and guide customer requirements, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD, with strong technical documentation skills and the ability to independently prepare project proposals and technical tender proposals.
• 5. Strong customer service awareness and a customer-oriented mindset.
