Job summary

ZTE Malaysia is seeking a lead to coordinate a cross-functional team to deliver end-to-end ICT product and solution design across RAN (2G/3G/4G/5G) and broader network domains for carrier and enterprise customers. You will provide technical expertise in designing integrated solutions spanning access, transport, core, cloud, and platform layers to meet customer requirements and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a cross-functional team to deliver end-to-end ICT product and solution design across RAN (2G/3G/4G/5G) and broader network domains for both carrier and enterprise customers.
• Provide technical expertise in designing integrated solutions covering access, transport, core, cloud, and platform layers to meet customer network requirements and business objectives.
• Engage customers through product and solution marketing activities such as roadmap workshops, PoCs, showcases, technical consultations, and bid engagement support (including participating in bidding activities), while addressing key pain points including user experience improvement, CAPEX/OPEX optimization, and revenue enablement.
• Drive mid- to long-term network evolution strategies and support solution design for network modernization and transformation.
• Work closely with post-sales teams to analyze requirements and ensure alignment of proposed solutions with delivery capability.
• Provide ongoing technical clarification across ICT domains and conduct annual CAPEX and revenue projections for the full solution portfolio.
