Job summary

Axonect is seeking a Solution Architect in Malaysia to serve as the primary technical owner for key customer accounts, translating requirements into BRDs and maintaining customer roadmaps. You will drive technical demos to boost platform adoption across ASEAN customers.

You will own technical relationships, coordinate with Sales and COO during engagements, manage requirements, and ensure feasibility of solutions across BSS/OSS, charging, provisioning, and network APIs.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Solution Architect in telecom/fintech domains.
• Strong documentation skills (BRDs, roadmaps, solution docs).
• Expertise in telecom domain components (BSS/OSS, charging, provisioning, network APIs).
• Knowledge of API and integration architecture patterns.
• Understanding of fintech and payment ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary engineering counterpart for assigned customers across releases and platforms.
• Establish regular technical engagements to understand customer challenges and strategic priorities.
• Proactively identify use cases and opportunities to increase platform adoption.
• Capture enhancement requests and produce BRDs validated with customers.
• Qualify requests against existing platform capabilities and product scope.
• Maintain a roadmap for each customer and present BRDs in reviews.
• Identify whitespace opportunities and future expansion initiatives.
• Own and maintain the client engineering demo environment.
• Design customer-specific use cases and demonstrations aligned to business objectives.
• Provide technical guidance and validate solution feasibility during commercial engagements.
• Own technical follow-up activities from commercial discussions.

The role is responsible for building long-term technical relationships, translating customer requirements into structured Business Requirements Documents, maintaining customer roadmaps and driving customer-specific demos that increase adoption and expansion of our platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Account Ownership & Customer Engagement

• Act as the primary engineering counterpart for assigned customers across releases and platforms
• Establish regular technical engagements to understand customer challenges and strategic priorities
• Proactively identify use cases and opportunities to increase platform adoption

Requirements Management & BRDs

• Capture enhancement requests, change requests and new feature requirements during customer engagements
• Produce structured BRDs validated directly with customers
• Qualify requests against existing platform capabilities and product scope

Customer Roadmaps & Product Feedback

• Maintain a roadmap for each assigned customer, tracking requirements and implementation progress
• Present validated BRDs through the weekly Client Engineering - Practices review
• Identify whitespace opportunities, adjacent modules and future expansion initiatives

Demo Environment & Use Cases

• Own and maintain the Client Engineering demo environment
• Design customer-specific use cases and demonstrations aligned to business objectives
• Maintain a repository of reusable demos and use cases for Malaysia and Indonesia

Commercial Technical Support

• Partner with Sales and the COO organisation during customer engagements
• Provide technical guidance and validate solution feasibility
• Own technical follow-up activities from commercial discussions
• Support opportunity qualification and progression through technical input
