Job summary

U Mobile is seeking a senior IoT Platform & Product leader to drive the strategy and roadmap for the IoT Connectivity Management Platform. You will collaborate with engineering, sales and marketing to craft solutions for automotive, utilities, smart cities and manufacturing sectors.

The role requires 8–10 years of experience in Product Management, Platform Engineering or Technical Solution Architecture within Telecom or Enterprise IoT, and a strong track record in IoT product delivery and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, Telecommunications, Engineering or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in Product Management, Platform Engineering, or Technical Solution Architecture in Telecom, Cloud Platform or Enterprise IoT.
• Proven track record of managing IoT products, connectivity management platforms, solution & application enablement services and cloud delivery.
• Experience with cellular core architecture (4G/5G SA), GSMA eUICC/RSP standards, 5G Network Slicing, LPWAN and Private APN/IPsec use cases.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage IoT Platform Strategy & Roadmap – oversee roadmap, prioritise new capabilities, coordinate enhancements, and support Enterprise IoT growth and monetisation.
• Develop IoT & 5G Solutions for Key Industries – package IoT connectivity, 5G, network slicing and private network capabilities for targeted industries.
• Manage eSIM/eUICC & Technology Partners – coordinate with eSIM providers, device makers, hyperscalers and vendors for integrations and SLAs.
• Drive Commercialisation & Enterprise GTM – work with Sales, Presales and Marketing on pricing, propositions and go-to-market strategies.
• Monitor Platform Performance & Operational Efficiency – track availability, onboarding, delivery lead times, cost-to-serve and profitability, while improving automation.

Role

The Day-To-Day Activities

• Manage IoT Platform Strategy & Roadmap - Oversee the IoT Connectivity Management Platform roadmap, prioritise new capabilities, coordinate platform enhancements, and ensure solutions support Enterprise IoT growth and monetisation objectives
• Develop IoT & 5G Solutions for Key Industries - Work with technical teams to develop and package IoT connectivity, 5G, network slicing and private network capabilities for industries such as automotive, utilities, smart cities and manufacturing
• Manage eSIM/eUICC & Technology Partners - Coordinate with eSIM providers, device manufacturers, hyperscalers and technology vendors to manage integrations, SLAs, technical requirements and cross-border IoT connectivity solutions
• Drive Commercialisation & Enterprise GTM - Collaborate with Enterprise Sales, Presales and Marketing to develop pricing, business cases, customer propositions and go-to-market strategies for IoT, managed services and advanced 5G solutions
• Monitor Platform Performance & Operational Efficiency - Track platform availability, customer onboarding, service delivery lead times, cost-to-serve and P&L performance while improving automation and self-service capabilities to enhance customer experience and profitability.

About You

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ to 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Platform Engineering, or Technical Solution Architecture within the Telecommunications, Cloud Platform, or Enterprise IoT industries.
• Proven track record of managing IoT products, connectivity management platforms, solution & application enablement services and cloud application delivery/deployment.
• Product management familiarity with cellular core architecture (4G/5G Standalone), GSMA eUICC/RSP standards, 5G Network Slicing, LPWAN and Private APN/IPsec solution use cases.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
