Job summary

AiTEN Robotics seeks a field-oriented engineer to engage with customers, analyze logistics scenarios, and design integrated AMR/AGV/AGF solutions. You will conduct on-site investigations, configure CAD-based routes, and prepare technical proposals while supporting bids and Q&A.

Responsibilities include product demonstrations, customer training, POC verification, and collaboration with R&D during implementation to calibrate paths and optimize outcomes.

• Design integrated intelligent logistics solutions based on AMR/AGV/AGF including CAD routing and layout.
• Prepare technical proposals and participate in bidding and technical Q&A.
• Demonstrate products, provide technical training and verify POC with customers.
• Assist R&D and implementation teams in path calibration during project execution.
• Continuously optimize solution quality to improve customer experience and project effectiveness.

Job Responsibilities

• 1.Responsible for customer communication, in-depth analysis of business processes and logistics scenarios, completion of demand research, on-site investigation and technical communication.
• 2.Design integrated intelligent logistics solutions based on AMR/AGV/Automated Guided Forklift (AGF), including:
  • ①CAD-based logistics route planning and layout design
  • ②Station process, operation path and traffic strategy configuration
  • ③Operation efficiency and feasibility evaluation
• 3.Prepare technical proposals, explanatory documents and solution drawings; participate in pre-sales support such as bidding and technical Q&A.
• 4.Conduct product demonstrations, technical training and POC project verification for customers.
• 5.During project implementation, assist R&D and implementation teams in path calibration, problem analysis and resolution.
• 6.Continuously optimize solution quality to improve customer experience and project effectiveness.
