Exclusive Networks is seeking a Solutions Engineer in Kuala Lumpur to support post-sales initiatives, implement and integrate security solutions, and ensure customer success. You will work with customer networks and security teams, install/configure hardware and software, and maintain project documentation.

The role requires at least 3 years as a post-sales engineer, strong firewall/security knowledge, and a collaborative, flexible mindset to support after-hours needs as required.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Computer Science major in networks/security.
• Minimum 3 solid years as post sales engineer.
• Knowledge on firewall security is a must.
• Any security vendor certification is a definite plus.
• Team player spirit and works cohesively.
• Adaptable to schedule beyond 9-5, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Installing and configuring hardware, software, systems, networks, security and product related.
• Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades.
• Talking to customer’s technical team to determine the nature of any problems they encounter.
• Responding to systems and equipment breakdowns 24 x 7 that includes and not limited to replacing part/equipment.
• Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults.
• Maintaining records of hardware and software licences.
• Project documentation.
• Related assigned security/networking tasks deemed relevant and needed.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

About the role Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards. Meets project. Implementation targets for timeliness, customer success metrics and customer adoption. Completes required certification, training and development objectives within the assigned time frame. Reports to the Technical Manager.
