Qualifications

• Understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPN, BGP, OSPF, SD-WAN).
• Familiarity with firewalls, routers, and switches (Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of servers, storage, and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Eagerness to learn cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

SOLUTION ARCHITECT (Enterprise IT-Hardware & Network)

We are seeking a Solution Architect to assist in designing and delivering enterprise IT solutions, with a primary focus on IT hardware and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior architects, technical teams, and sales teams to understand client requirements, develop solutions, and support deployment. This role is perfect for someone with a strong technical foundation in IT infrastructure who is eager to grow into a senior architecture role.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Assist in Solution Design & Architecture

  Support the design and development of enterprise IT solutions for hardware, networking, and infrastructure.

  Assist in analyzing client requirements and proposing scalable and secure IT solutions.

  Help in preparing network diagrams, system architecture blueprints, and solution documents.

• 2. IT Hardware & Networking Support

  Assist in designing server, storage, and network infrastructure solutions.

  Work with routers, switches, firewalls, and network security appliances.

  Support the implementation of LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, and cloud connectivity solutions.

• 3. Technical Consultation & Pre-Sales Support

  Work alongside senior architects and sales teams to prepare technical proposals.

  Participate in technical presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.

  Assist in responding to RFPs/RFIs and preparing solution overviews.

• 4. Security & Compliance Support

  Help ensure proposed solutions comply with industry standards and best practices.

  Support security configurations for firewalls, network access, and enterprise security.

• 5. Implementation & Project Support

  Assist in deploying, testing, and troubleshooting IT hardware and network infrastructure.

  Work closely with engineers, system administrators, and vendors to ensure successful project execution.

  Document configurations, network setups, and best practices.

• 6. Research & Learning

  Stay updated on IT infrastructure trends, emerging technologies, and certifications.

  Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and on-the-job training.

  Work towards certifications in IT networking, cloud, or security.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience

  Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

  1-3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, or network engineering.

  Basic experience with enterprise IT hardware, network devices, and security solutions.

  Understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPN, BGP, OSPF, SD-WAN).

  Familiarity with firewalls, routers, and switches (Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, etc.).
