Job summary

Milieu Solar SDN. BHD. in Malaysia seeks a Software/Digital Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable software systems supporting solar energy solutions.

You will lead cloud performance, security, and scalability efforts while managing project tools and delivering team training. The ideal candidate has a degree in engineering or related fields, at least 1 year in project management within renewables, and strong IT proficiency. English is mandatory; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business or a related field.
• At least 1 year of project management experience, preferably in solar/renewable energy.
• Proficiency in IT knowledge and software is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in English required; Mandarin is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and deployment of scalable software systems for company websites.
• Drive performance, security, and scalability of cloud infrastructure and applications.
• Manage and support project software tools and provide team training.
• Improve systems and workflows to enhance project efficiency.
• Develop and deliver training programs to uplift team skills.
