Job summary

Milieu Solar SDN. BHD. in Malaysia seeks a Software/Digital Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable software systems supporting solar energy solutions.

You will lead cloud performance, security, and scalability efforts while managing project tools and delivering team training. The ideal candidate has a degree in engineering or related fields, at least 1 year in project management within renewables, and strong IT proficiency. English is mandatory; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business or a related field.
• At least 1 year of project management experience, preferably in solar/renewable energy.
• Proficiency in IT knowledge and software is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in English required; Mandarin is advantageous.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and secure software systems supporting company's websites for management, monitoring, and optimization.

Drive performance optimization, security, and scalability of cloud infrastructure and applications.

Manage and support project software tools and provide training to the team.

Improve systems and workflows to enhance project efficiency.

Develop and deliver training programs to improve team skills.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Possess minimum qualifications of Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business, or a related field.

Possess a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in project management, preferably within the solar or renewable energy sector.

Possess proficiency in IT knowledge and software is a prerequisite.

Possess essential skills including strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

An individual with a positive attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Possess proficiency in both written and spoken English is mandatory, and proficiency in Mandarin would beadvantageous.
