Job summary
SKYWORTH Solar in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dedicated Service Engineer to join our overseas after-sales team. You will provide on-site and remote technical support for solar PV and energy storage systems across Malaysia and the Southeast Asia region, handling commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer training.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related technical discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in technical service, field support, or similar role in solar PV/renewable energy.
- Proven experience in PV inverter repairs, commissioning, and system integration.
Responsibilities
- Perform on-site installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair for solar PV systems.
- Provide remote technical support via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Design and deliver training programs on inverter installation, operation, and maintenance for distributors, installers, and end-users.
- Investigate faults, conduct RCA, and prepare detailed reports for management and customers.
- Maintain service case records and spare parts inventory with proper documentation.
- Coordinate with local service partners to ensure service quality and safety requirements.
- Communicate with sales, engineering, and management to support business development and project completion.
