Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide after-sales service support for Australian customers with residential PV and ESS via phone and email.
• Prepare initial commissioning plans and coordinate commissioning activities.
• Support line manager to oversee residential PV/ESS support operations and escalations.
• Perform basic O&M via remote monitoring and warranty tasks.
• Track complex technical problems and coordinate with internal technical/R&D teams.
• Continuously develop product knowledge and communicate with management, sales, and customers.
• Contribute to business growth through active customer support and collaboration.
