Job summary

Southern Solar PV Energy (Pahang) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking two Business Operations Specialists to support daily solar project operations and office administration. Fresh graduates are welcome as training will be provided to develop skills in project coordination and customer documentation.

The role involves handling office matters, processing expenses, invoicing, and coordinating between offices, sales agents and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM Certificate or above.
• Basic computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Office.
• Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with colleagues and different departments.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily office administrative and operational matters.
• Process staff and project expense claims and maintain cash-flow records.
• Assist in preparing and issuing invoices and related documents.
• Perform preliminary checking of project and customer documentation.
• Coordinate and maintain records for solar installation projects.
• Organise and archive completed project reports, installation orders and supporting documents.
• Assist with scheduling and coordination between office staff, sales agents and solar installation teams.
• Maintain organised customer and project records.
• Manage office supplies and coordinate basic facility maintenance.
• Assist in arranging meetings, internal discussions and company activities.
• Follow up on outstanding documents and project requirements.
• Support management with other day-to-day business operations when required.
