Job summary

JS Solar Sdn Bhd is seeking an administrative/customer service professional in Petaling Jaya to handle customer inquiries and coordinate O&M service requests. The role includes preparing quotations, invoices, service reports, and maintaining documentation and asset records.

You will liaise with technicians, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely service delivery, monitor tickets, and contribute to monthly O&M performance reports.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in administration or customer service; solar/engineering industry a plus.
• Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English; strong written and verbal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Google Workspace.

• Handle customer enquiries & coordinate Operation & Maintenance service requests.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, service reports and O&M documentation.

Who are we looking for?

Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Engineering or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in administration or customer service. Experience in solar or engineering industry is an added advantage.

Language skills: Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Core skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Google Workspace.

Soft skills: Able to work independently, multitask, meet deadlines, responsible, organized, detailed oriented, have good interpersonal skills and positive working attitude.
