is seeking a Manager, Operations & Project Delivery to lead the Operations & Project Delivery Department, overseeing engineering, project execution, installation, testing, commissioning, handover and post‑completion support for Solar PV and BESS projects. The successful candidate will set robust operational and technical standards, manage resources, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and drive projects to be completed on time and within budget

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in a technical leadership role within electrical or renewable energy.
• Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical power, and solar PV system design, installation, and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of local regulatory requirements and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Operations & Project Delivery Department including engineering, project execution, installation, commissioning and maintenance.
• Plan and manage departmental manpower, workload, competencies, performance and resource allocation.
• Provide technical and operational leadership for Solar PV, BESS and related electrical projects.
• Oversee projects from design through handover and post-completion support.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with safety and quality compliance.
• Review and approve engineering designs, calculations, drawings and specifications.
• Establish and improve operational procedures, standards, project controls and QA processes.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian laws, safety requirements and regulatory authorities.
