Job summary

Menara Maxis is seeking a Solar Finance Admin Associate for a 12-month internship in Kuala Lumpur. You will manage financial operations for the solar business, including payout and accrual calculations, invoicing validation, and SAP reconciliations to ensure accurate cost recognition.

The role requires a degree in finance or business, strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and good English communication.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel for analysis, reporting, and tracking feedback.
• Attention to detail with meticulous data handling.

Responsibilities

• Calculate payouts and accruals for solar expenses.
• Prepare reports to track and reconcile payouts and accruals for month-end close.
• Validate supplier invoices against POs, contracts, and completion docs; coordinate with Finance to resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor CAPEX/OPEX spends and maintain records of solar installation.
• Perform actual vs SAP reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
• Develop financial models to improve visibility of key cost measures.
