Job summary

PERSOL Workforce Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Diploma‑qualified engineer to join our renewable energy services team. The role blends customer training, on‑site installation support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Solar PV systems.

You will travel across Malaysia and occasionally overseas to Singapore, to install, service and support energy solutions while driving reliability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Diploma in Engineering or related technical field.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Willingness to travel across Malaysia and overseas to Singapore when required.

Responsibilities

Customer Training & Technical Enablement: design and deliver training on inverter installation, operation and maintenance.
Develop training materials including manuals, presentations and videos.
Conduct workshops, seminars, webinars and hands‑on sessions.
Provide on‑site installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and repair support.
Diagnose issues and perform root cause analysis to improve performance.
Submit daily work reports and maintain service records.
