Job summary

TC Contact Centre Services Sdn Bhd in Hulu Selangor, Malaysia is seeking an Electrical Technician / Maintenance (Solar) for a full-time on-site role. The candidate will handle low and medium voltage equipment, perform scheduled maintenance, and support solar PV plant operations.

The role requires a diploma/degree and at least 3 years in solar PV design and O&M, with strong technical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate or equivalent practical experience required.
• Engineering degree/diploma from an accredited college or university is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of solar PV industry experience designing solar arrays and O&M.
• Ability to read and understand technical specifications and construction documents.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance during construction, installation, maintenance and repair of plant electrical equipment.
• Maintain solar plant equipment at the optimal level and perform scheduled maintenance.
• Check fault conditions of equipment and solar PV arrays, and repair damaged components as needed.
• Lay and connect lines and clean solar photovoltaic modules.
• Coordinate with operation & maintenance time, carry out regular inspection and maintenance.
• Analyze the abnormal status of product functionality.
• Document and manage maintenance reports.
