Job summary

IX Telecom SDN. BHD. is seeking a Software Project Manager with a Business Analyst mindset to lead end-to-end software development initiatives.

You will gather requirements, formulate user stories, and coordinate with developers and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs. The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong SDLC understanding, and proficiency with Agile/Scrum. You will manage timelines, risks, UAT, and deployment while maintaining clear, actionable

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience in software project management or business analysis.
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently.

Responsibilities

Manage software projects end-to-end from requirements gathering to development, testing, deployment and post-implementation support.
Plan and monitor timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies and priorities.
Gather and analyze business requirements from internal stakeholders.
Translate business needs into user stories, functional requirements, processes and acceptance criteria.
Coordinate with developers, business users and management; provide timely project updates.
