We are looking for a Software Project Manager who can manage end-to-end software development projects while bringing a strong Business Analyst mindset.
This role is ideal for someone who is not only good at managing timelines and meetings, but also understands business requirements, asks the right questions, follows up closely with developers, and ensures that the final solution actually meets business needs.
Manage software projects from requirements gathering to development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
Plan and monitor project timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and priorities.
Gather and analyse business requirements from internal stakeholders.
Translate business needs into clear user stories, functional requirements, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
Coordinate closely with developers, business users, and Management.
Track project progress and ensure outstanding items are followed up promptly.
Identify risks, blockers, delays, and dependencies early and elevate when required.
Coordinate UAT, bug fixing, and deployment activities.
Ensure changes are properly tested in staging/UAT before production deployment.
Maintain project trackers, status reports, and documentation.
Provide Management with clear and timely project updates.
Manage scope changes and ensure agreed requirements are properly documented.
Facilitate discussions between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in software project management, business analysis, or software development projects.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience with Agile, Scrum, or similar project management methodologies.
Strong requirement-gathering and business analysis skills.
Able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good documentation and reporting ability.
Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned projects.
Experience with Jira, Zoho Projects, Trello, Asana, Confluence, GitHub, GitLab, Figma, or similar tools.
Experience managing internal or enterprise software systems.
Knowledge of APIs, databases, system integrations, web applications, and software deployment processes.
PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Agile, CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or related certification.
