Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced automation engineer in Penang to design, develop, and implement PLC and PC-based software solutions for equipment automation systems. The role involves system integration, testing, and commissioning of control systems, plus drafting specifications and providing onsite support for clients.

You will analyse client requirements, identify design parameters, and ensure timely, on-budget delivery while maintaining robust software quality and troubleshooting

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Automation, Electronics or Computer Engineering.
• At least 5 years’ experience in automation or semiconductor industries.
• Experience with process control and motion control systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Dynamic team player with good interpersonal skills and ability to work under tight schedules.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement PLC and/or PC-based software solutions.
• Perform system integration, testing, and commissioning of advanced control systems.
• Draft functional and detailed design specifications.
• Provide onsite technical support to customers.
