Job summary

Waftech Sdn Bhd is seeking a Software Engineer to develop software for automated process equipment and improve performance through software enhancements. You will create verification plans, write design specifications, and generate comprehensive documentation for all software development activities.

The role requires collaboration with hardware and systems teams, and occasional travel for local or overseas assignments. Strong English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia language skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in the automated machinery industry is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in the automated machinery industry is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
