Job summary

Tentacle Tech in Malaysia is seeking a Software Developer (SharePoint and Power Platform) for a 12-month onsite contract in Kuala Lumpur. You will design, develop, and maintain SharePoint and Power Platform solutions, and build Power BI dashboards to deliver actionable insights for the financial services project.

Ideal candidates have a degree in computer science or related field, 5+ years in software development with 3+ years in SharePoint/Power Platform, and strong SQL Server/Azure SQL, REST

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/IT/SE or related field.
• 5+ years in software development, with 3+ years in SharePoint and Power Platform.
• Experience in Power BI reporting, DAX, and data integration.
• Familiarity with SQL Server, Azure SQL, REST API, and Microsoft Graph API.
• Banking or financial services experience is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities.

The Role

Are you a skilled Software Developer with strong SharePoint and Power Platform expertise? We're looking for a talented professional to join a high-impact project within the financial services sector, based onsite at Kuala Lumpur. This is an exciting 12-month contract opportunity for someone passionate about building innovative Microsoft 365 solutions, delivering meaningful business impact through automation, reporting, and system integration.
