Job summary

Tentacle Tech is seeking a Software Developer to work onsite in Kuala Lumpur on a 12-month contract, focusing on Microsoft 365 solutions, SharePoint, and Power Platform. The role emphasizes automation, reporting, and system integration for the financial services sector.

The candidate should have a degree in Computer Science or related field and 5+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in SharePoint and Power Platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software development, with 3+ years in SharePoint and Power Platform development.
• Experience in Power BI reporting, DAX, and data integration.
• Familiarity with SQL Server, Azure SQL, REST API, and Microsoft Graph API.
• Banking or financial services experience is an added advantage.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint and Power Platform solutions
• Develop Power BI dashboards and management reports
• Build workflow automation and business applications using Microsoft 365 technologies
• Support system integration, data migration, and Data Mart initiatives
• Perform testing, deployment, and production support activities
• Troubleshoot issues and implement system enhancements
• Prepare technical documentation and solution designs and support project delivery with business stakeholders
