Job summary

Rakanda is seeking a passionate Odoo Software Developer to join its digital transformation team in Semenyih, Selangor. You will design, customize, implement, and maintain Odoo ERP solutions across HR, Finance, Retail Operations, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Supply Chain.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Odoo development, strong Python and PostgreSQL skills, and experience with API integrations and system migrations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Odoo development and customization.
• Strong proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, and the Odoo framework.
• Experience in Odoo module development, customization, workflow configuration, and system integration.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Odoo applications and modules.
