Rakanda is seeking a passionate Odoo Software Developer to join its digital transformation team in Semenyih, Selangor. You will design, customize, implement, and maintain Odoo ERP solutions across HR, Finance, Retail Operations, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Supply Chain.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Odoo development, strong Python and PostgreSQL skills, and experience with API integrations and system migrations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Odoo development and customization.
• Strong proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, and the Odoo framework.
• Experience in Odoo module development, customization, workflow configuration, and system integration.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Odoo applications and modules.
• Develop new features and enhance existing Odoo functionalities based on business requirements.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party applications, APIs, and internal systems.
• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, testing, and system enhancements to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective ERP solutions.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and system documentation.
• Provide technical support, issue resolution, and user assistance for Odoo‑related matters.
• Ensure system security, data integrity, and compliance with development best practices.
• Participate in system upgrades, migration projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
