Job summary

Finology is seeking a Mid/Senior Business Analyst to lead product and project delivery of medium to high complexity, coordinating cross-functional teams in a banking/insurance context is a plus.

You will analyze requirements, document processes, coach junior analysts, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely, quality outcomes across the project lifecycle.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and a balance of consistency and flexibility to meet business goals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare functional design and deliverables like prototype, functional specifications, user flows, test plans and user guides
• Involve in all phases of the project lifecycle - from low-level design and development to SIT, UAT and post-production support
• Manage various aspects of software development, ensuring quality and timely delivery of projects
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet objectives as outlined by stakeholders and clients
• Analyze issues and provide business logic recommendations aligned with goals
• Manage stakeholders’ and clients’ expectations on delivery dates and change requests
• Facilitating daily huddles, project meetings and presentations to stakeholders and clients
• Mid/Senior responsibilities: lead delivery of medium to high complexity, review others’ work, coach teammates, assist in estimates
