Job summary

TNG Digital Sdn Bhd is seeking an Assistant Manager, Social Media in Kuala Lumpur to develop and execute a dynamic social media strategy across multiple platforms. You will create engaging content, shoot and edit videos, and monitor performance to drive brand awareness and user engagement.

The role requires strong English and Mandarin, with BM proficiency as an asset, and proven experience in community management, copywriting, and blogging.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin with impeccable spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia (BM) is an added advantage.
• Prior experience with online community management, copywriting, and/or blogging will be advantageous.
• Highly creative, team player, results-achiever and able to work in a multicultural environment.
• Excellent knowledge of TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and other platforms and their performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing social media strategy aligned with brand direction.
• Create highly engaging social media posts, including static, interactive, and video content.
• Shoot and edit videos for social media.
• Schedule posts according to the master calendar.
• Prepare monthly and campaign social media reports and analyze content performance.
