Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, or Digital Media.
• 1–3 years in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of major platforms and content formats.
• Experience in community management and content planning.
• Proficiency with scheduling, listening, and reporting tools.
• Basic familiarity with paid social advertising and optimization.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong organisational skills with multiple projects.
• Analytical mindset to derive insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client objectives and brand goals.
• Create monthly content calendars, campaign plans, and social content recommendations.
• Manage and schedule content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels.
• Collaborate with Account Services, Creative, Design, Media, Strategy, and Production teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Monitor and manage online communities, ensuring timely and appropriate engagement with audiences.
• Develop response frameworks and community management guidelines for client and internal use.
• Coordinate with the media team on paid social campaigns to ensure alignment between organic and paid initiatives.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, platform updates, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
• Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Utilise social media management and analytics tools to schedule content, monitor conversations, and evaluate effectiveness.
