Aleph Labs is seeking a Social Media & Account Specialist in Kuala Lumpur to elevate digital presence for premium brands. You will manage client relationships, guide creative teams, and shepherd campaigns from concept through publication.

You will craft elegant copy, lead monthly reports, and balance brand voice with performance metrics across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.

Job description

You will serve as a strategic Social Media & Account Specialist, elevating digital presence and storytelling across platforms while acting as the primary point of contact for brand partners. You will balance prestige with performance, acting as both the steward of the brand's online voice and the lead manager of the client relationship.

Key responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison between the brand client and internal creative/technical teams to ensure alignment on all deliverables

Manage project timelines, budgets, and expectations, ensuring all social media campaigns are delivered on time and within scope

Lead client meetings and presentations, articulating strategy, creative direction, and performance results with professional elegance

Navigate client feedback and potential crises with a calm, solution-oriented approach

Develop and implement social media strategies that align with high-end positioning and business goals

Ideate, write, and curate compelling content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest

Work with photographers and designers to craft visually stunning, cohesive narratives

Build monthly content calendars and oversee timely publishing across all channels

Cultivate a thriving online community and lead the brand's voice in an authentic, elegant, and human way

Track performance across platforms and translate data into actionable insights and monthly reports for the client

Lead and mentor junior social media team members by providing direction, feedback, and development support

About you

4+ years of hands-on experience in social media management and Account Management, ideally within hospitality or premium sectors

Proven success in managing high-touch client relationships and navigating complex stakeholder environments

Strong writing skills with the ability to craft copy that is elegant and on-brand

Confident working with analytics platforms (e.g., Sprout Social, Meta Insights) and reporting dashboards

A keen visual sense with an understanding of premium aesthetics to guide creative teams

A digital native with a deep understanding of what works across each social platform

Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently and collaboratively

Able to balance brand-building with performance

Calm under pressure, especially during live events or fast-moving crises
