Cultivar Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a passionate Social Media Manager to lead content creation and digital engagement across platforms in a fully remote role. You will shape thought leadership campaigns through short-form video and brand-aligned storytelling.

Responsibilities include scripting, content planning across major platforms, collaboration with video teams, and active audience engagement. Prior experience in personal branding, entrepreneurship, and digital storytelling is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in social media or digital content management.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills for short-form video.
• Familiar with scheduling and analytics tools (Later, Meta Business Suite, Metricool).
• Bonus: experience with CapCut or Final Cut Pro.

• Actively manage and respond to DMs and comments to build community engagement.

Requirements:

• Bonus: Experience with video editing tools like CapCut or Final Cut Pro

• Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple projects independently
• A portfolio of past work or examples of social media accounts managed is preferred
