Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a creative Social Media Executive to manage our TikTok, XHS, Instagram and Facebook presence in Malaysia. You will build the online brand, grow engagement and turn followers into PPF enquiries and customers.

You will create and manage content, maintain a content calendar, post Reels and promotions, and ensure consistent brand imagery across platforms. You will also engage customers, convert enquiries, and monitor performance for monthly reporting.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage TikTok, XHS, Instagram & Facebook pages.
• Create and maintain the content calendar.
• Post Reels, TikToks, photos, Stories and promotions consistently.
• Keep the brand image consistent across all platforms.
• Follow and leverage the latest TikTok, XHS, Instagram & automotive trends.
• Develop new content ideas to increase reach, followers and engagement.
• Study competitors and successful automotive pages.
• Test different content formats and posting strategies.
• Act as a Content Creator to plan and produce content.
• Identify PPF jobs, customer cars and workshop activities that can become content.
• Plan content around: PPF installations, before & after transformations, new car protection, Customer testimonials, PPF education, car care tips, promotions, etc.
• Reply to comments, DMs and social media enquiries.
• Provide basic information about PPF services and promotions.
• Convert enquiries into WhatsApp leads / bookings.
• Follow up with potential customers when required.
• Monitor and respond to reviews and feedback.
• Monitor views, reach, followers, engagement and enquiries.
• Identify which content performs best.
• Prepare simple monthly performance reports.
• Recommend improvements based on results.
• Manage social media campaigns and promotional posts.
• Promote new PPF packages, offers and campaigns.
• Coordinate with the sales and Content Creator teams.

1. Social Media Management
