Content Creator & Social Media Executive

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Content Creator & Social Media Executive to manage and grow our company’s social media accounts and brand IP. The role covers the full content creation process, from planning, scripting and shooting to editing, publishing and performance review.

Social Media Management

Manage TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other social media accounts.

Maintain regular content posting and account activity.

Monitor social media trends and identify new content opportunities.

Content Creation

Develop short-form video ideas, scripts, hooks and storylines.

Create engaging content based on company products, factory activities, projects and industry knowledge.

Shoot and edit videos for TikTok, Reels and Facebook.

Add subtitles, music, sound effects and other visual elements where necessary.

Ensure content maintains good visual quality and brand consistency.

Content Performance

Monitor content performance and engagement.

Identify effective topics, hooks and formats.

Improve future content based on performance data.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Creative Media or related fields.

1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing or video production.

Good understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and Facebook Reels.

Basic photography and videography skills.

Good visual and aesthetic sense.

Creative, proactive and able to work independently.

Willing to work on-site at factories, offices and project sites when required.

Added Advantage

Comfortable appearing and speaking on camera.

Experience managing personal or company social media accounts.

Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro or other creative software.

Experience with TikTok Shop / eCommerce content.

Knowledge of social media analytics.

Experience in construction, building materials, home improvement or related industries.
