Job summary

Genting Malaysia Berhad in Kuala Lumpur seeks an Executive/Senior Executive - Social Media to ideate, plan, execute and monitor campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram and more.

You will develop monthly content calendars, create onsite activation content, host live streams, manage community feedback, and coordinate with agencies and partners.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or equivalent.
• 2–3 years in social media marketing, content building & handling company social media.

Executive/ Senior Executive - Social Media

Ability to ideate, plan, execute & monitor social media campaigns across Facebook, Tik Tok, LinKedIn, Instagram and etc

Actively creating social media content

Ability to develop onsite activation program, be a live-stream host and not camera shy.

Developing monthly content calendars with the key objective of driving engagement & conversion for all paid ads.

Community management - Responding to social media post comments and direct messages and monitoring of social sentiments.

Contest ideation and management are required

Influencers management

Plan, execute and monitor social media boosting/advertising.

Be in the know of the latest social media trends, tools & trending content

Ability to generate social media reports on the overall fan growth, engagement, enquiries & lead.

Actively be responsible with customer engagement, customer response and crisis management where necessary

Liaising with agencies, media agencies, designers, working partners and collaboration companies

Ability to provide clear briefs, managing deliverables & approval.

Job Requirements

Candidates must possess a Diploma, or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or equivalent.

Minimum 2-3 years working experience in social media marketing, content building & handling of company social media (Website, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube etc).

Possess excellent writing skills, video and creative editing and producing content for social media.

Experience in using social listening tools & familiar with social media reporting.

Creative thinker & problem solve

Working experiences in FMCG, Agency and bilingual are preferred
