Job summary

Mega Flour Sdn Bhd, a local-based company with multiple branches, invites applications for a Customer Service (Social Media) role in Kota Kemuning. You will handle orders and inquiries across Shopee, TikTok Shop, Facebook, and other platforms, ensuring timely processing and accurate information.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, updating listings, supporting campaigns, and preparing performance reports. Relevant e-commerce experience and good communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in customer service, e-commerce, or online sales is an advantage.
• Familiar with Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Facebook business tools.
• Good communication skills and customer service attitude.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel and online order management.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via chat, WhatsApp, comments, and messages professionally.
• Provide product information, pricing, stock availability, and delivery updates.
• Handle customer complaints and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure correct picking, packing and delivery of orders.
• Monitor order fulfilment and delivery status.
• Ensure stock information and product listings are updated accurately.
• Upload and update product listings, descriptions, prices, photos, and promotions.
• Assist in preparing promotional campaigns, vouchers, and online sales activities.
• Monitor online sales performance and customer feedback.
• Prepare daily or monthly reports on orders, sales, returns and customer enquiries.
