Job summary

One2deal in Malaysia is seeking a capable e-commerce platform specialist to manage Shopee and TikTok stores, optimize product listings, and drive store performance.

You will plan and execute marketing campaigns, monitor performance and trends, and collaborate with content teams to boost brand awareness and sales. Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience managing e-commerce platforms (Shopee and/or TikTok).
• Experience in platform marketing, planning and campaign management.
• Basic knowledge of online marketing and e-commerce.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and meet targets.
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Shopee and TikTok platforms, including product listings and store performance.
• Plan and execute platform marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement and sales.
• Plan and manage Shopee campaigns, promotions and sales activities.
• Plan and execute TikTok marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Monitor sales performance, traffic, engagement and campaign results, and identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor TikTok trends and e-commerce market trends to develop relevant marketing strategies and content ideas.
• Develop and implement platform marketing plans based on business goals and target audiences.
• Coordinate with the content and marketing teams to improve brand awareness, platform performance and sales.
• Create and manage engaging content, captions and promotional materials for e-commerce and social media campaigns.

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce platform management, preferably with Shopee and/or TikTok.

• Experience in platform marketing, planning and campaign management is an added advantage.

• Basic knowledge of online marketing and e-commerce.
