Job summary

HCLC (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a energetic content creator to produce engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms. You will blend hands-on filming/editing with an AI-powered production workflow and collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams in Kota Damansara.

The role requires familiarity with social platforms, basic editing skills, and a curiosity for AI tools. You’ll test new tools, refine brand voice, and help roll out campaigns and product drops.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or minimum 1 year of experience in content creation, marketing, or media.
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms.
• Basic video editing skills (mobile apps or desktop software).
• Hands-on familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Higgsfield AI, Canva AI, or similar) and a genuine interest in using them daily.
• Creative mindset and eagerness to experiment with content trends.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident personality, comfortable on camera.
• Knowledge of streetwear fashion is a plus.
• Candidates must be open to working in the Kota Damansara area.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms by combining hands-on filming/editing with an AI-assisted production workflow.
• Brainstorm and generate content ideas aligned with brand campaigns, using AI tools to speed up ideation, scripting, and concept testing.
• Research social media trends, challenges, and viral formats, and adapt them for the brand.
• Draft captions, hashtags, and simple copywriting — using AI as a first-draft partner, then refining to match our brand voice.
• Use AI tools across daily production — scripting and hooks, editing and auto-captions, design and visuals, and voice/subtitle localisation for BM/EN/CN content.
• Continuously test and recommend new AI tools that improve output speed or quality, and share learnings with the team.
• Maintain quality control — always fact-check and edit AI output so the final content feels human and on-brand.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Creative teams to execute content plans.
• Assist in rolling out promotional campaigns and product drops.
• Provide support for ad-hoc hosting or on-screen tasks if required.
• Track basic content performance metrics (views, likes, shares, comments) and compile weekly content summaries.
• Share observations and learning points with the team to improve future content.
