Job summary

KOOCESTER MEDIA SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur seeks a hands-on content creator/marketing professional who plans, shoots, edits, and optimizes daily content to drive views and qualified leads.

You will work with Sales and Editors, craft hooks and CTAs, review performance, and iterate quickly on formats. The role is fast-paced, centered on performance, and requires ownership of output. On-set involvement and willingness to test new ideas are essential in our dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in content creation, marketing, or media.
• Proven ability to execute content consistently and improve performance.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, hooks, storytelling, and audience behaviour.
• Execution-first mindset; able to test, fail, and iterate quickly.
• Comfortable on shoots and hands-on with content.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily content output (short-form and long-form).
• Be involved in filming direction and on-ground execution.
• Work closely with Sales and Editors to ensure content goes live and performs.
• Build content with hooks that stop scrolling, clear CTAs, and conversion intent.
• Review performance of content daily (views, retention, leads generated).
• Continuously improve hooks and video structure based on performance.
• Implement lead forms, CTAs, and funnel links.
• Work with team to improve conversion rates and reduce friction.
• Write hooks, captions, and CTAs.
• Guide editors on flows, cuts, and emphasis.
