Job summary

Omnicom Media Asia Pacific is seeking a creative Content Creator in Malaysia to transform ideas into engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. You will handle concept development, filming, and editing to ensure brand-aligned storytelling.

You’ll work with the Creative and Social Media teams to deliver campaigns on time, adapt content for multiple platforms, and contribute to production shoots.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Creative Media, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing, preferably in a creative/digital agency.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats and current digital trends.
• Hands-on experience in video shooting, editing, and content production.
• Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Canva or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and platform updates across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Brainstorm and develop creative content ideas aligned with clients' marketing objectives and brand identity.
• Plan, script, and create engaging short-form and long-form content for digital platforms.
• Execute end-to-end content production including filming and on-site creation.
• Edit videos and visual content to produce high-quality, platform-optimised content.
• Collaborate with Creative, Social Media, and Client Servicing teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Adapt content for different platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
• Assist in content shoots including talent direction and production coordination.
• Monitor content performance and leverage insights to improve quality and engagement.

• Plan, script, and create engaging short-form and long-form content for digital and social media platforms.
• Execute end-to-end content production, including filming, photography, video shooting, and on-site content creation.
• Edit videos and visual content using editing software to produce high-quality, platform-optimised content.
• Collaborate with the Creative, Social Media, and Client Servicing teams to ensure timely content delivery and campaign execution.
• Adapt content for different social media platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
• Participate in content shoots, including talent direction, location setup, and production coordination when required.
• Monitor content performance and leverage insights to continuously improve content quality and engagement.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, project timelines, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Creative Media, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and current digital trends.
