Job summary

Koocester Media SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a hands-on content creator to plan, shoot and ship daily videos that drive views, engagement and leads. You will lead shoots, guide editors, write hooks and CTAs, and analyze performance to improve future content. This full-time role rewards fast learners who own their output and thrive on metrics.

You will collaborate with Sales and editors to ensure every piece goes live and performs, while staying hands-on with shoots and content development.

Every day you will plan, shoot and ship content that earns views, engagement and qualified leads. You will be on set, in the edit and in the numbers, turning ideas into videos that bring in leads and revenue.

What you will do

• Plan and deliver daily content, both short form and long form
• Direct the filming and run the shoot on the ground
• Work with Sales and our editors so every piece goes live and performs
• Open with hooks that stop the scroll and close with a clear call to action built to convert
• Check how your content is doing every day: views, retention and leads
• Sharpen your hooks and video structure based on what the numbers show
• Set up lead forms, calls to action and funnel links
• Work with the team to lift conversion and remove friction for the viewer
• Write hooks, captions and calls to action
• Guide editors on flow, cuts and emphasis

• Experience in content creation, marketing or media
• A record of shipping content consistently and getting better results over time
• A strong feel for social platforms, hooks, storytelling and how audiences behave
