Job summary

Tradev Markets Ltd is seeking a dynamic Social Media Leader to manage official channels and grow communities across regions, boosting engagement and CSAT. You will plan partnerships with media outlets, MCNs, crypto communities, KOLs, and other industry partners, while monitoring sentiment and shaping brand presence at events.

A strong English background and experience with financial KOLs or live streaming are highly valued in a fast-paced, global digital asset environment.

Job description

• Manage and grow the company’s official social media channels and online communities.
• Develop strategies to increase community growth, engagement, activity levels, and Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT).
• Monitor community sentiment and ensure a positive and engaging user experience.
• Plan and manage partnerships with media outlets, MCNs, crypto communities, KOLs, and other relevant industry partners.
• Identify and develop new collaboration opportunities to strengthen brand awareness and community growth.

Regional Growth

• Collaborate closely with regional teams to develop and execute social media growth strategies aligned with regional business objectives.
• Support campaigns and initiatives designed to increase user engagement and community growth across different markets.
• Monitor online discussions, trends, and public sentiment across relevant platforms.
• Identify and report negative or high-risk content in a timely manner.
• Work closely with internal teams to manage online issues and support reputation management.

Brand Representation & Offline Activities

• Represent the company professionally at industry events, community activities, and other offline engagements.
• Organize and participate in events, meetups, and other initiatives that strengthen the company’s external presence.

Customer Support

• Assist in handling customer inquiries and complaints received through social media and community channels.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure timely and appropriate resolution.

Job Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken English, with the ability to use English as a daily working language.
• Strong understanding of Gen Z and Gen Alpha culture, online trends, and digital communities.
• Strong communication skills with a confident, outgoing, and professional presence.
• Proven experience in social media management, community growth, and user engagement.
• Strong content planning and content creation skills, with basic video editing and post-production capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or above. Candidates from QS Top 100 universities will be preferred.
• Experience in live streaming and/or collaboration with financial KOLs is highly preferred. Experience does not need to be limited to the blockchain industry.
• Experience in building a personal brand/IP or operating personal social media accounts is preferred.
• Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Takes ownership and is willing to build and develop new initiatives from 0 to 1.
• Can maintain momentum and execution capability while scaling projects from 10 to 100.
• Combines the creativity, curiosity, and adventurous spirit of a younger generation with strong resilience, discipline, and persistence.
• Is comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and able to adapt quickly to changing market trends.
