Job summary

Carousell Group is seeking a Social & Content Executive for Mudah and Carousell business verticals. The role focuses on content creation, social media management and campaign execution, with hands-on livestreams and on-camera presence.

You will manage day‑to‑day social activities, own content calendars, and track monthly performance while collaborating with internal teams and creators to learn, experiment and grow your skills across content, social and campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Social Media, Marketing, Content, or Communications.
• Hands-on experience managing or creating content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
• Experience supporting social campaigns, community engagement, content production or livestreams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and upkeep of social media content calendars across Mudah and Carousell.
• Translate campaign briefs into engaging, platform‑specific content.
• Bring ideas for trends, formats, captions and creative approaches based on audience behaviour.
• Spot opportunities for fun, timely or cross‑brand content moments.
• Support consistency of brand messaging and tone across social platforms.
• Take ownership of the content calendar's execution and flag gaps or delays proactively.
