Job summary

Mudah.my, part of Carousell Group, is seeking a Social & Content Executive to support content creation, social media management and campaign execution across Mudah and Carousell's business verticals.

This hands-on role requires living and breathing social trends, a creative eye for engaging content, and comfort on camera for livestreams, product showcases and social content. You will own your content calendar and monthly performance.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Social Media, Marketing, Content, or Communications (relevant internship considered).
• Hands-on experience managing or creating content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and Facebook
• Experience supporting social campaigns, community engagement, content production or livestreams is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social content calendars across Mudah and Carousell platforms.
• Translate campaign briefs into engaging, platform-specific content.
• Monitor trends and publish timely ad-hoc content.
• Plan and produce livestreams and on-camera content.
• Engage with the community and respond in a timely, on-brand manner.
• Track performance and report KPIs monthly.
