Job summary

Jomstay Management (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a friendly, creative Content Creator & Customer Service to join our Ipoh team. You will create engaging content for social media and provide excellent customer support for bookings and inquiries.

This full-time role is based in Ipoh, Perak, and offers training, a supportive environment, and opportunities to grow in marketing and hospitality. You will work with the marketing and operations teams and may appear in photos or videos.

Qualifications

• Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Mandarin language skills are an extra advantage.
• Creative and interested in social media and content creation.
• Comfortable creating and appearing in photos or videos for social media.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or other editing tools.
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and XHS (Xiaohongshu).
• Friendly and comfortable communicating with customers.
• Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Create content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (XHS), and other social media platforms.
• Take photos and videos of our properties and activities.
• Edit photos and videos using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Plan and post social media content regularly.
• Reply to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone, email, and social media.
• Assist customers with bookings, questions, and complaints.
• Follow up with customers and provide good customer service.
• Work closely with the marketing and operations team.
• Assist with other tasks when required.
