• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of content creation or social media management experience (fresh grads with strong portfolio welcome).
• Proficiency in video editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva or similar).
• Knowledge of social media platforms and current trends.

• Stay updated on social media trends and create viral content ideas.
• Promote the agency's services, campaigns, and success stories.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales team to achieve campaign goals.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation or social media management (fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply).
• Proficient in video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and content trends.
• Good photography and videography skills.
• Creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Melayu and Mandarin
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media analytics is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience creating viral TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Knowledge of Facebook Ads and social media advertising.
• Ability to generate creative marketing ideas.
