Job summary

Ivy Lense is seeking a creative Content Creator to manage social media graphics and video content across major platforms. You will craft engaging posts, brainstorm trends, and work with the internal team to align on design and campaigns.

The role requires strong English writing, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude. Experience in beauty/makeup is a plus, with opportunities to grow in a dynamic marketing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in content creation (graphic, video & copywriting).
• Excellent English writing, proofreading and editing skills.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Active in social media across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube.
• Experience in Beauty/Makeup is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging, creative social media graphic content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and email marketing.
• Identify new content trends to improve engagement.
• Collaborate with Marketing to align on design, shooting and video creation.
• Support all other marketing activities as required.
• Lead day-to-day execution of social posts with clear, consistent messaging.
• Propose real-time content based on trends and conversations on social platforms.
• Perform related tasks as assigned.
• Maintain knowledge of best practices across platforms.

• Supports all other marketing activities as required.
• To collaborate with the Marketing Department for content creation and to gain higher exposure for our product/services.
• Lead the day-to-day execution of social post. Making sure the message is always clear, consistent and fresh. Increase brand awareness and viewer traffic.
• Propose real-time content based on social media trends and relevant social conversations
• Perform related tasks as assigned.
• Possess strong knowledge in Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter, Pinterest and other social media platforms in terms of their best practices.
• Other ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned
