You will develop content calendars, collaborate with outlets for on-site shoots, monitor basic metrics, and ensure content aligns with branding guidelines while staying current with trends.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Marketing, Multimedia or Graphic Design.
• Experience in social media management or digital marketing is a plus.
• Portfolio of videos, photos, or designs required for interview.

Responsibilities

The Social Media Content Executive is responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging digital content to support the Company's Mart and Restaurant businesses. This role focuses on content creation across social media platforms, video filming, photography and graphic design to enhance brand presence, customer engagement, and promotional effectiveness.

Job Descriptions

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content for social media platforms.
• Conduct video filming and photography for products, food, promotions, outlets, and events.
• Edit videos and photos and produce creative visuals using graphic design tools.
• Develop content banks, and posting schedules aligned with marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Manage daily social media activities, including posting, monitoring comments, messages, and basic customer engagement.
• Stay updated with social media trends and recommend suitable content ideas for retail and F&B audiences.
• Coordinate with outlet staff and management for content planning, campaigns, and on-site shooting.
• Monitor basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, views) and prepare reports.
• Ensure all content follows Company branding, guidelines, and standards.

Job Requirements

• At least Certificate in Marketing, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or related fields.
• Experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing is an added advantage.
• Skilled in video editing, photography, and graphic design (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools and/or others).
• Creative, detail-oriented, and familiar with social media trends.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Candidates are required to provide a portfolio or samples of their work (videos, photos, designs, or social media pages) for interview assessment.
• Trilingual proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin is an advantage.
