Job summary

Ivy Lense in Malaysia is seeking a creative Content Creator to develop engaging social media graphics for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and email campaigns. You will craft visually compelling content across platforms to grow our brand presence.

The role requires strong English writing, proofreading and editing skills, plus the ability to think creatively and strategically. Beauty/makeup experience is a plus; stay active on digital platforms and track trends.

Qualifications

• Must be a contact lens wearer.
• Experience in Content Creation (graphic, video & copywriting).
• Active in social media across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube).
• Excellent writing, proofreading and editing skills in English.
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Creative and strategic thinking
• Experience in Beauty/Makeup is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging social media graphics for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and email marketing.
• Identify new content trends to improve engagement.
• Brainstorm and coordinate with internal team on design, shooting and content creation.
• Support other marketing activities as required.
• Collaborate with Marketing for content creation to gain higher exposure for our product/services.
• Lead day-to-day execution of social posts with clear, fresh messaging.
• Propose real-time content based on social media trends and conversations.
• Perform related tasks as assigned.
• Demonstrate best practices across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest.

• Involve in brainstorming to propose ideas and coordinate with the internal team to align on design, shooting and creation of videos and visual content.
• Supports all other marketing activities as required.
• To collaborate with the Marketing Department for content creation and to gain higher exposure for our product/services.
• Lead the day-to-day execution of social post. Making sure the message is always clear, consistent and fresh. Increase brand awareness and viewer traffic.
• Propose real-time content based on social media trends and relevant social conversations
• Perform related tasks as assigned.
• Possess strong knowledge in Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter, Pinterest and other social media platforms in terms of their best practices.
• Other ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned
