Job summary

Wistron Technology (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable engineer to support SMT production lines, using expertise in SMT machines, programming software, and PCB Gerber/CAD files.

The role requires a degree or diploma in engineering with SMT experience, strong English and Bahasa Malaysia, and familiarity with feeders, vision systems, and cycle-time optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics) with 2+ years SMT experience.
• OR Diploma in Engineering with 6 years SMT experience.
• Experience with SMT machines and programming software.
• Familiarity with PCB Gerber/CAD files.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve machine issues.
• Fine-tune programs to improve cycle time; configure feeders/nozzles/vision systems.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• English and Bahasa Malaysia required; Mandarin is a plus.

Job description

Knowledge of SMT machines and programming software.

Job Requirements :-

Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/Electronics) etc with minimum of 2 years working experience in SMT environment OR Diploma in Engineering with 6 years working in similar environment

Required languages :English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin language will be an added advantage

Required skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point and Excel)
