Job summary

PEGAUNIHAN TECHNOLOGY MALAYSIA SDN BHD is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily personnel management, on-site safety, 5S maintenance, and production yield optimization in Johor, Malaysia. Diploma or Degree in Management, Business Admin, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering is preferred.

Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for communicating with Taiwan colleagues. Experience in manufacturing management and strong communication are desired, with willingness to work flexible day/night

Qualifications

• One year or more in a relevant field is preferred.
• Daily personnel management including attendance, leave, rotation, etc.
• On-site safety production management and 5S maintenance.
• Strong verbal communication skills are preferred and flexibility in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily personnel management (attendance, leave, rotation).
• Manage on-site safety production and 5S maintenance/improvements.
• Monitor production capacity and yield to achieve targets.
• Provide personnel skill training to improve work quality.

Job Description

Responsible for daily personnel management (attendance rate, leave arrangement, job rotation, etc.)

Responsible for on-site safety production management, as well as on-site 5S maintenance and optimization improvement

Responsible for following up on production capacity and yield to achieve results

Responsible for personnel skill training and improving the quality of personnel's work

Other Requirements

Proficient in Office software [Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook]

Candidates with production management experience in manufacturing and strong verbal communication skills are preferred

Those with NPM SMT machine operation skills and management experience are preferred

Applicants with electronic product experience and a background in large companies are preferred

Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit and able to withstand a certain amount of work pressure

Comply with company regulations and work a flexible schedule, including day and night shift rotations
